Course Overview
Objective #1 - Students will create their own periodized fitness program to achieve their fitness goals based upon current best practices discussed in class. A fitness program addresses the following areas:
- Flexibility
- Power/Functional Movement
- Nutrition
- Agility
Objective #2 Students will be actively engaged to meet their own fitness goals. JUST DO IT!
