Course Overview
Objective #1 - Students will create their own fitness program to achieve their fitness goals based upon current best practices discussed in class. A fitness program addresses the following areas:
- Cardiovascular Endurance
- Flexibility
- Muscular Strength or Endurance
- Nutrition
Objective #2 Students will be actively engaged to meet their own fitness goals. JUST DO IT!
